Chris Brook-CarterChris Brook-Carter is editorial director of just-food.com and has covered the global food and drink trade for over 13 years. He joined the company in 2000 on the site's sister publication just-drinks, having cut his teeth for three years on a number of food and drink trade titles in the UK, including Wine Magazine and Wine & Spirit International. Chris took over the editorship of just-drinks in 2001 and was made editorial director for all the company's publications in 2005. He has a degree in politics and a post-graduate diploma in journalism.
