Allied Brands Ltd is based in Queensland, Australia. The group's principal activity is the operation of Baskin Robbins, a major international ice cream franchising system. It is also responsible for the development of the Saint Cinnamon brand, a coffee and bakery business specialising in cinnamon scrolls, crepes and muffins with an emphasis on taste, freshness and quality in conjunction with Baskin-Robbins stores. In January 2007 the group announced the acquisition of biscuit and coffee franchise Cookie Man.
