How to source palm oil is vexing the minds of many in the food industry. Growing consumer awareness of the links between palm oil, deforestation, the threat to wildlife and products on supermarket shelves is encouraging manufacturers and retailers to look for sustainable sources. Fantastic news......where does the general public get a copy of this "score card" as this would be a great tool in helping to decide which products I buy and which I don't, as I try to avoid buying products that contain palm oil?
