Kraft Foods chairman and CEO Irene Rosenfeld has reportedly criticised her counterpart at Cadbury for his defence of the UK confectioner's growth prospects as an independent company.

Irene might as well criticise the entire stock market for not doing the math accurately. The share price was way above the original offer long before Cadbury management had got its PR act together.

By the way, I have yet to hear Kraft boast its confectionery track record. I wonder why...?
