Job description:

Are you passionate about all things food? Recently graduated and want to work for a supplier of quality food brands?

This is a great opportunity to work with a leading food business to develop a range of branded and retailer label lines for major UK supermarkets. The role requires you to support the NPD Manager to ensure the successful launch of new and innovative products. Working as part of a small team, you'll need to have excellent project management skills to help drive the NPD process in taking projects from concept to launch. You will be commercially astute and have a genuine enthusiasm for following market trends. A strong creative streak is also needed, as you will be involved in idea generation and creating 'mock-ups' of final products for customer presentations. The role will also involve arranging taste panels, briefing designers and co-ordinating artwork.

The role will suit an enthusiastic team player with strong presentation and communication skills as well as a real passion for food. You'll already have some NPD experience and be keen to learn more about developing products from concept stage to launch. As well as a food related degree you should be able to demonstrate meticulous project management skills and an awareness of the latest culinary trends.
