Job description:

Like the sound of working for an expanding UK food manufacturer? Are you an experienced NPD professional who can successfully launch NPD projects?

This is a stunning position with a fast growing food manufacturer within the chilled sector. Managing a team of NPD Technologists you'll motivate, support and lead the team in developing and launching great tasting products for a range of customers. Working closely with Development Chefs, you'll create innovative solutions for new and existing products that have a commercial edge and will really help the company achieve strong business growth. You will also support the management of key projects, monitor the development process and continuously strive for improvements.  

You'll be a bright food graduate with previous experience within the food manufacturing industry where you have gained concept to launch NPD skills. You'll be experienced at successfully managing multi-project and cross functional development programmes whilst also demonstrating effective people management skills. You'll be enthusiastic and passionate about food with fantastic communication skills and the ability to build great working relationships.
