CANADA: CoolBrands director resigns
Romeo DeGasperis has resigned from the board of directors of Toronto-based frozen dessert manufacturer CoolBrands.
On behalf of the board, David J. Stein, co-chairman, president and CEO said: "The company wishes Mr. DeGasperis and his family the best and thanks him for all his years of service to the company."
Robert E. Baker will take DeGasperis's place on the audit committee.
