Leading organic dairy group Horizon Organic has launched a month-long mobile tour in California designed to educate families about the health and environmental benefits of organic food.

The roadshow, which began yesterday (7 Aug), will visit natural food retailers during the week, and farmers' markets and other events at weekends.

"Consumers should feel good about what they are eating and feeding their family," says Susan Lintonsmith, vice-president marketing at Horizon Organic. "Just as we hope to make organic food available to everyone, this mobile tour allows us to bring education about organic food and its benefits to more consumers."
