HumaTech Inc. announces a distribution agreement with Andres Pintaluba S.A. "Pintaluba" for Spain and Portugal. Pintaluba's current clients are responsible for approximately 19 million metric tons annually of animal feed in these two countries.

HumaTech's introduction of Promax through this distribution network provides an initial estimate of more than $83 million net wholesale income to HumaTech Inc. over the next 3 - 5 years.
