UK: Increased fish consumption could help prevent premature births
Pregnant women may be able to avoid giving birth prematurely by eating plenty of fish, according to a Danish study published today [Monday] in the British Medical Journal . Of the 8,729 women who participated in the study, only 1.9% of those who are fish at least once a week gave birth prematurely. This compares to 7.1% of the women who never ate fish
