Portuguese supermarket chain Jeronimo Martins has sold the Brazilian store chain Apoio to local wholesaler Santa Tereza. Based in Belo Horizonte, the chain was owned by JM&M, a joint venture between the wholesaler Martins and the Jeronimo Martins, owner of supermarket chain Se. JM&M was created to support the expansion of Se' label further than Sao Paulo state and to launch Apoio (self-service wholesaler) label.
