USA: Nestle USA and PDQuick Sign Agreement for Direct-to-Home Express Delivery of Nestle Products

Through PDQuick's proprietary Internet-enabled network of customer fulfillment centers, customers will be able to order by computer or phone a wide variety of Nestle food and beverage products, including Stouffer's®, Lean Cuisine®, Libby's® Juicy Juice®, Nescafe®, Nestle Crunch® and Nestle® Toll House®, and expect delivery in approximately 30 minutes.
PDQuick was established in 1987 as Pink Dot, Inc., dominating its sector in the Los Angeles and Orange County consumer markets. The Camarillo-based company recently received $20 million in funding from TH Lee.Putnam Internet Partners (THLi) and another $15 million from William Blair Capital Partners, GE Capital Equity Investments, St. Paul Venture Capital, Brand Equity Ventures, Graystone/Portage Venture Partners, Corber Corporation and others for a total of $35 million to finance its national expansion, which includes establishing new customer fulfillment centers on the East Coast.
