CANADA: New US units for Couche-Tard

Couche-Tard, the Canadian convenience store chain, has created two business units in the US.

The Southwest division to be based in Dallas, will comprise the states of Texas, Colorado, Oklahoma and New Mexico. The Gulf division will be based in Pensacola and will comprise the states of Tennessee, Mississippi, Louisiana, Arkansas and the western Panhandle of Florida.

Lou Valdes, who has held a position with Circle K for almost ten years, has been appointed to the position of vice-president of operations for the Southwest division.

Jason Broussard, who has been with the Circle K for over 17 years, has been appointed to the position of vice-president of operations for the Gulf division.
