<!-- @page { margin: 2cm } P { margin-bottom: 0.21cm } -->China-based fruit and vegetable processor China Nutrifruit has seen quarterly profits jump by almost 45% on the back of buoyant sales.
The company said on Friday (5 February) that third-quarter net profit was up 44.7% at US$4.6m. In the three months to the end of December, net sales rose 28.4% to $17.8m.
Chairman Changjun Yu called the results “solid” and said the company's move to add a glazed production line would help it meet demand.
