PepsiCo is to relaunch the Walkers festive crisp range in the UK, in a bid to boost Christmas sales.

The seasonal variations, as well as larger versions of certain ranges, will include a six-pack of limited-edition flavours; Turkey and Stuffing, Ham and Mustard, and Cheese and Pickle.

The Turkey and Stuffing flavour will also be available in a Big Eat 40g variety.

In addition to these festive variants, Walkers will be launching 150g bags of Ready Salted, Cheese and Onion and Salt and Vinegar throughout the Christmas period. The sharing packs will have an RSP of GBP0.99 (US$1.54).

Walkers will also be producing bigger sharing packs of its Sensations range. Available in 300g packs, as well as the 105g, are Thai Sweet Chilli, Cheddar and Red Onion Chutney, and Onion and Balsamic Vinegar. The larger packs will have an RSP of GBP2.29.

Walkers managing director Richard Evans said: "We have conducted extensive research into what our customers are looking for at Christmas, and these products have been created to cater to their wants and needs.

"Larger sharing packs have been requested for bigger social gatherings, and we will be providing these in both our core and premium ranges. Our limited-edition festive mixed packs are making a welcome return as well, following high sales last year.
