Didn't they do that years ago?

The most interesting thing to my mind about the story that Yum! Brands is to ban smoking in its US company owned restaurants is that they didn't do it years ago. I'm sure you haven't been able to smoke in a KFC in Britain for years - although I may be wrong I've not tried it. I thought the Americans were the great non-smokers of the planet.
