Taking a brace of salmon fillets out of the deep freeze for tonight’s supper, I spotted this wonderfully enlightening warning on the packaging, Allergy advice: Contains fish. Well, knock me down with a feather!

I know packaging designers have to cater to the lowest common denominator, but fish is hardly a hidden ingredient in a salmon fillet, is it?
