Euro Pumps design, manufacture and supply a wide range water-efficient cleaning systems that are purpose built for food processing facilities, we also offer hygiene consulting, training and contract cleaning services. As an Australian-based family business, Euro Pumps always want to make sure our solutions function properly.

We create high-performance wash equipment and clean-in-place (CIP) systems, which replace high-water-use, low-pressure units in most abattoirs, horticulture, small goods manufacturing and food-processing facilities. Our systems are customised to meet the customer’s specific requirements, The company understands client needs and ensures fit-for-purpose machines that optimise water use.

Cleaning and productivity technology for the food industry

Euro Pumps’ cleaning equipment is specifically created for applications in critical cleaning applications like food processing lines based on real world experience and is ideal for items such as fish, pork, beef, offal and poultry, as well as seedling propagation, dairy, ready meals and salads.

Euro Pumps is proud of its ability to produce a superior cleaning result whilst reducing water use, the added benefits of this water reduction in water use is that systems also save power and chemical use. Euro Pumps’ equipment is proven by major food producers clean to Australian Quarantine and Inspection Service (AQIS) standards, whilst allowing manufacturers to reduce or re-task cleaning crews and increasing productivity by optimising cleaning time between production runs.

High and low-pressure trolleys to wash and foam

Euro Pumps manufacture JomiFoam trolley and a range of FLX mobile washing trolleys which can clean anything within a food production facility. Euro Pumps not only manufacture our equipment, we also use them every day in our own contract cleaning. Because we use the equipment ourselves, we can ensure that your machine will work effectively for all the job that we say it will do.

Our trolley range includes the JomiFoam wash and foam trolley that is an Australian built and supported upgrade to standard European units. A FLX 7.5 trolley that will wash, foam, do drain cleaning and unblocking, clean glycol units & floors just to name a few things.

We also produce the powerful Euro Pumps FLX15 is a high-pressure wash and foam trolley designed for harder to clean areas like long drain runs, chutes, floors, roofs, chillers and refrigeration units in food handling and production facilities.

All our units have solid stainless-steel frames, they can be expanded with a tub and crate washer, or combined with CIP spray bars and rotors for a consistent, high-pressure clean. Other upgrade options include larger wheels with greased nipples, dual on-board 25l bund carrier, twin chemical injectors, a nozzle, tool storage and a second hose reel.

Drain, chute and chimney cleaning products

Combine a Euro Pumps FLX trolley, mobile washing unit with one of our drain cleaning products giving you a fast-in-house high-performance drain cleaning system that unblocks pipework in minutes and pays for itself after only a few blockages. Any drains that are poorly cleaned may harbour listeria, which can contaminate machinery or surfaces, and reach food processing areas. Listeria and other bacteria can live in temperatures as low as 5°C, meaning that refrigerators, freezers and air-conditioning units are also at risk.

Euro Pumps heavy duty drain cleaner on a solid stainless frame, with locking handle, infeed swivel & ball valve shut off.  It’s available in 0.5in and 0.25in in your choice of 25m, 33m, 50m, 75m and 100m lengths. This easy-to-use system is compact and can be used in fish processing plants, dairies, abattoirs and breweries.
