Chinese dairy firm Amnutria Dairy has named a former Ernst & Young executive as CFO as part of the company's restructuring programme.

Amnutria, which produces infant formula, milk powder and soybean products in China, has appointed Shu Kaneko as CFO.

"His prior work experience brings a new range of financial skills and insight to Amnutria Dairy that will be very valuable as the Company moves to the next phase in its development," said chairman, CEO and president Yang Yong Shan.

Last month, the company - formerly known as Micro-Tech Identification Systems - carried out a reverse merger into American International Dairy Holding Co. (AIDH) and changed its name to Amnutria Dairy.
