French industrial baker Neuhauser International has finalised the acquisition of counterpart BCS for an undisclosed sum.

Neuhauser president and CEO Laurent Bour told just-food that the takeover has received regulatory approval and will create France's premier bakery group.

BCS has an annual turnover of EUR110m (US$156.9m), employs 630 staff and operates eight production sites. Its current president, Jean-Luc Couturier, will continue at the helm.
