Unilever Canada announced today that it will establish a state-of-the-art consumer call center in Saint John, New Brunswick to provide an interactive consumer enquiry service for both Unilever Canada and many of its Unilever U.S. sister operations. The call centre, which will address consumer product-related enquiries through telephone, mail and Internet, will create 75 positions by 2002 and is expected to have a total employment of 125 people by 2005.
