Domino’s Pizza in Australia has set up a pizza college. According to a report in the The Australian, the college offers students a qualification that will enable them to have a successful career in pizza production. I wonder if there are modules on perfect pepperoni, equal distribution of grated Mozzarella and how to stop delivery boxes going soggy. Funny, I would have thought it was a job that could largely have been learnt, well, on the job.
