Blog: Postcards in peril?

Nothing to do with food, but the news that holidaymakers are sending emails rather than postcards these days to tell folk back home that they “wish you were here” dismays me. Postcards may not be able to compete on speed, but emails look rubbish stuck up on the fridge.
