CSM said its subsidiary BakeMark Germany is reorganising its management structure and tailoring its sales force to meet the changing market conditions and new customer demands.


The company said these measures are consistent with earlier announcements by CSM about strengthening its core strategic business of bakery supplies and food ingredients.
