US food producer Del Monte Foods has announced that Tim Cole has joined the company as executive vice president, sales, reporting to Richard G. Wolford, chairman and CEO of Del Monte Foods.
 
Cole had previously been with Quaker Oats, a unit of PepsiCo, for 25 years. Recently, he was vice president of national accounts for the US, directing US$3bn in US sales of all Quaker brands.
