US cereal maker Kellogg has named John Bryant president of Kellogg International, which includes the company’s operations in Europe, Latin America, and Asia-Pacific.

Bryant will report to David Mackay, Kellogg’s president and chief operating officer, and will remain a member of the company’s executive management committee. Bryant has spent the last three years as the company’s chief financial officer.

Succeeding Bryant as chief financial officer is Jeffrey Boromisa, a 23-year Kellogg veteran who for the past several years has served as the company’s corporate controller and chief financial officer of Kellogg International. As chief financial officer, he will report to CEO Carlos Gutierrez and serve as a member of Kellogg’s executive management committee.
