Canadian dairy group Saputo is to cut over 20 jobs from its operations in Quebec as it reshapes its business in the province.
Saputo confirmed today (24 May) that it will trim 24 jobs from its milk and juice facility in Trois-Rivieres.

A spokesperson told just-food that the site will remain open but Saputo had decided to move shipping and administrative functions to other facilities in Quebec to “improve efficiency”.
In March, Saputo said it would close a milk and cream processing plant in Ontario and move the country’s distribution functions in and around Toronto to one site in Vaughan.
