Marc Sanner will also continue as assistant controller of the company. Sanner joined the Company in 1987 and has held various positions in accounting, tax and strategic planning. He will relocate to the Company’s European headquarters in Hamburg, Germany.
John Stott joined the company in 1992 and has held a variety of European financial and treasury responsibilities, most recently serving as finance director-Europe. He will relocate to the Company’s headquarters in Decatur, Illinois.
