Dan Mauk, president of the business organisation Norfolk Area Chamber of Commerce, told the Associated Press that the sale would open up some opportunities for the community.


According to the AP, some equipment has been removed from the Norfolk plant, but its engine room and boilers and its refrigeration equipment remain.
