Family owned investment company Arrovest today (25 July) told the Australian Stock Exchange that it has acquired more than the required 50% in So Natural Foods and consequently it will extend its offer period.
Arrovest’s acquired 63.9% of ordinary shares in So Natural.
The offer period has automatically been extended for 14 days.
