Finish meat and poultry group HK Ruokatalo announced today (20 June) that it has completed a “squeeze-out procedure” to acquire the remaining minority shares in Polish meat company Sokolów.
After completion of the transaction, Saturn Nordic Holding AB, a joint venture between Ruokatalo and Denmark’s Danish Crown, will increase its stake in the company from 91.75% to 100%.
An application will be made to th Polish public authorities to remove Sokolów’s shares from the Warsaw Stock Exchange, Ruokatalo said.
