 The company will debut Oroweat Whole Grain & Oat, made with ingredients that may lower cholesterol; Oroweat Whole Grain & Flax providing Omega-3; and Oroweat Country Whole Grain White bread, the first “made with whole grain” white bread in the variety sliced segment.


“Oroweat has always been about health and innovation. We were one of the first pioneers to offer 100% Whole Wheat bread. Today we’re taking that healthy approach to new levels with these three unique breads,” said Dan Larson, Oroweat marketing director. “We’re committed to delivering important health benefits along with great taste. We’re excited and can’t wait for our consumers to fall in love with these new products,” added Larson.


Oroweat is produced by Bimbo Bakeries USA (BBU), the US division of Mexico’s Grupo Bimbo, one of the world’s largest baking companies.
