Private equity group GIMV and buy-in expert Chris De Wolf have acquired Rejo cva, which makes and sells herb mixtures, sauces and marinades. They two parties have also bought Pellicula, which makes gelatine and pickling products, reported AFX.
Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed. In 2004, Rejo and Pellicula made combined sales of €15m (US$19.8m).
