Svein Lyngnes, managing director of the Norwegan seafood company, told just-food that this would help Domstein achieve its objective of national distribution of fresh fish in Norway.
Matgrossisten Midt-Norge is a wholesaler and distributor of chilled products operating primarily in the Trøndelag counties and northern part of Møre and Romdsal. It has an annual turnover of NOK100m (US$15.94m), the company said.
Using Matgrossisten Midt-Norge’s established distribution system, the two companies will cooperate in distributing Domstein fish products.
