Poore Brothers, Inc. (Nasdaq: SNAK), a rapidly growing manufacturer and marketer of unique salted snacks, announced today that Mr. Thomas Cain has joined the Board of Directors, effective immediately.

Mr. Cain, currently Chairman of Symix distribution.com, has been building global supply chain and e-commerce software since 1976. He is a recognized thought leader on internet business strategies, processes, execution and software. His internet products have won such prestigious national competitions as the 1997 Internet Computer Expo’s Best Business Product and the 1997 Retail Information Systems Conference’s Best Innovation in Logistics.

Mr. Cain is replacing Mr. Richard Goodspeed, who recently resigned from Poore Brothers Board of Directors. The Company is grateful to Mr. Goodspeed for his service to Poore Brothers.
