Charles Kallmann, chairman and CEO of Hydrogiene, announced Thursday that its National Brokers and Distributors (NB&D) Unit is entering into preliminary discussions with Sam Chully & Group, one of Korea’s largest multi-industry conglomerates, who is also a major distributor of food products in Korea.
Additionally, this distributor has already expressed the desire to distribute “Minute Maid” products in other Pacific Rim countries in which they are currently doing business.
“This is just another example of our strong sales push. We are on the move. This is an exciting time for us!” added Kallmann.
Hydrogiene, shortly to be renamed Synergie Holdings Corp., is a vertically integrated packager, manufacturer and distributor of water related, food, beverage, nutritional products and natural cosmetics. The company is located in San Diego.
Hydrogiene, an operating division of Synergie Holdings Corp., is also manufacturer of TheraClenze and MediClenze, the first affordable intimate personal cleansing systems.
