(OTC Bulletin Board: TJCI, TJCIZ), currently under merger discussions, have announced their intent to develop a comprehensive web site, which will allow business to business and business to consumer interaction for the order and delivery of all the products of both companies. The project will be under the direction of independent consultant, Brett Wegner, and will also use the resources of Internet Guerrila Marketing Group, a Newton, MA based Marketing Development Company.
Both companies have a wide variety of bakery products which are delivered to Institutions, Retailers and Distributors in both fresh and fresh frozen states. It is also planned that the existing, extensive distribution network being currently used by both companies will be tied into this site. Also, negotiations are underway with several other independent bakery operations, which will allow cross marketing of their products on this common web site.
