INDONESIA: Fisheries major Bahtera plans to buy out smaller rivals
Major domestic fisheries concern Bahtera Adimina Samudera has revealed its intention to buy out two smaller sector players in the east of Indonesia. The company plans to spend 60bn rupiah in order to purchase 99.9% of the shares of both Intergalaxy Deltafisheries
The company plans to spend 60bn rupiah in order to purchase 99.9% of the shares of both Intergalaxy Deltafisheries and Megah Galaxy.
In order to go ahead with the investments, Bahtera will require the approval of shareholders, and an extraordinary meeting has been planned for 3 May to discuss the issue.
