Solae, the soy-based technology specialist, has appointed Paul Bossert Jr. vice president, operations and commodity business.
Bossert will replace Mark Stock who is resigning from his position as senior vice president global operations with effect from 31 December.

Solae chairman and CEO Craig Binetti said Bossert was a “an experienced leader with a strong business and operational background”.
Bossert joins Solae from chemicals group DuPont where he had worked for 30 years, most recently as North America operations director, safety and protection.
