Dean Hollis, president and COO of a division that sells brands including Reddi-Wip cream and Jiffy Pop popcorn, told ConAgra that he wants to find “the top leadership position at another consumer business”, the company said.
ConAgra said it will look outside the business for a replacement. Hollis is set to leave the company next July.
ConAgra has faced a difficult 12 months during which it suffered two salmonella scares over its Peter Pan peanut butter and Banquet pies brands.
