Kellogg is to begin selling two European cereal brands in Russia next week, the US food giant has told just-food.
The company, which bought Russian biscuit and ready-to-eat cereal business The United Bakers Group at the start of 2008, said production of the two cereal brands had started in November.
Coco Pops and Miel Pops – a cereal on sale in markets including France and Spain – will hit Russian shelves on 10 December, Kellogg told just-food.
“Russia is becoming more European, so we think the time is right,” a Kellogg spokesperson told just-food.
