Following investment in a logistics facility covering over 3,000 sq.m, the construction of a new production unit is underway. The plant will increase Mix Buffet’s annual output of around 35,000 tonnes by at least 20%.


Scheduled to enter service by next spring, the facility is expected to create 100 new jobs next year and in 2011. The company employs a permanent workforce of 480 staff.


Mix Buffet’s business is focused on private label but in 2008 the company launched the Raconte-Moi des Salades brand. The company has a catalogue of over 200 different dishes and last year posted turnover of EUR125m.
