Martin Reintjes, 47, will replace Volkmar Preuss, who is set to head up Oetker’s frozen food businesses and work on developing the group’s operations in the UK, US and India.


The family-owned company announced last year that, from January, Dr h.c. August Oetker is set to retire as chairman and move to the group’s supervisory board.


His brother, Richard Oetker, will replace him as chairman.
