Emil Stefanov, CEO of Billa Bulgaria, has also taken charge of Rewe’s Billa Romania arm.


Stefanov replaces Wolfgang Janisch who retired from the helm of Billa Romania at the end of August.


Elsewhere in Rewe, the head of its food purchasing, René Plasman, has resigned from the company.
