Flour producer King Arthur Flour has launched a range of three indulgent chocolate baking mixes in collaboration with the chocolatier Jacques Torres.
 
The range, which comprises Pure Bliss Fudge Brownies, Mudslide Cookies and French Kiss Cookies, were developed and tested by King Arthur Flour using Torres’ original recipes.
 
“I’m excited about these products and honoured to be sharing my passions on a much grander scale,” said Torres. “I’ve long respected King Arthur Flour, their commitment to quality and excellence, and am thrilled to be working with them on this endeavour.”
 
Sue Gray, test kitchen director at King Arthur Flour, said: “We respect Jacques’ considerable talent, appreciate his friendship and value his business partnership which we’re certain will yield a bumper crop of delighted customers.”
 
The new range is being sold through gourmet food stores nationwide, through The Baker’s Catalogue, and online at the King Arthur Flour website.
