Wild Oats Markets has said that the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) has requested more information on its purchase of natural and organic food retailer Whole Foods Markets.
Last month, Whole Foods said that it would purchase Wild Oats for US$565m.
In a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission yesterday (14 March) the company said that it would cooperate with the FTC’s request.
