Australian dairy firm National Foods has announced that its chief financial officer, Clive Hooke, is to retire from the company, effective early March 2004. The company said Hooke, who joined National Foods in January 1997, was leaving in order to devote some time to non-executive activities and to his family.

The company said Hooke, who joined National Foods in January 1997, was leaving in order to devote some time to non-executive activities and to his family.
National Foods said it has commenced a search for a successor for Hooke, and that it would make an announcement on the subject in due course.
