The Company stock symbol, formerly MUSD, is now CPLY, effective Oct. 3, 2001.

ChampionLyte® is the first completely sugar-free entry into the $2.3 billion isotonic sports drink market. The products that currently dominate the market have between 33 and 38 grams of sugar and up to 150 calories in a 20 ounce bottle.

ChampionLyte®, is the only sports drink with the benefits of electrolyte replacement without sugar, fat, calories or carbohydrates. All four flavors, lemon- lime, orange, grape and fruit punch, were awarded the 2000 and 2001 American Taste Award of Excellence.

The Company said it will soon introduce two new flavors of ChampionLyte® – Pink Lemonade and Blue Raspberry(TM).

ChampionLyte Products is also the developer of the proprietary Sweet’N Low® brand sugar-free, fat-free and cholesterol-free syrups which are sold in more than 20,000 retails outlets throughout the nation including Krogers, Winn Dixie, Albertsons, Shop Rite, Stop & Shop, Jewel and Wal-Mart SuperCenters. The syrups are also exported to several foreign countries.
