Most recently chairman and CEO of Hershey, Lenny was previously group vice president of Kraft Foods and president of Nabisco Biscuit and Snacks following the company’s acquisition by Kraft in 2000. Lenny retired from Hershey in December 2007.


The appointment brings the total number of board members to eleven.
