Weight Watchers has expanded its range of low-calorie iced desserts on sale in the UK with the addition of a range of single-serve products.
As part of a GBP2m (US$2.8m) marketing campaign, the range includes Weight Watchers Smoothie Sticks and Weight Watchers Luxury Iced Desserts.
Manufactured under licence by Icefresh Foods, Weight Watchers Smoothie Sticks are made from 40% fruit puree, and based smoothie combinations available in two flavours – Mango & Passionfruit and Raspberry & Blackberry.
Weight Watchers Luxury Iced Desserts are available in three flavours – Strawberry Meringue, Chocolate Brownie and Caramel Shortcake.
Simon Spence, managing director at Icefresh Foods said: “The success of the Weight Watchers Iced Desserts range has demonstrated that there is an increasing demand for healthy iced dessert products.”
